Volunteers

Every year the Festival Board of Directors work in conjunction with members of the community to organize the details of this exciting event. During last year's festival, over 200 people helped set up and take down the festival site, sell tickets at the box office and venues, staff the beer garden, and/or market our posters and T-shirts. It is really incredible that so many people give of their time and talent to make the Festival the best it can be. Every element of the Festival is carefully planned and executed by teams of volunteers.

Festival volunteers are the human face of each event.  Our volunteers are the ambassadors of our Festival and our community - a job they take seriously and with great pride. Most volunteers have fun being part of the event - a true reflection of what the Jazz in the Valley Festival is all about.

We want to extend our sincerest thanks to all our volunteers - past, present, and future. You make the Jazz in the Valley Festival happen!
